I could see him doing this with 56 or A5. Plus your kicker is low and he could have flopped two pair, making full house. A bluff here with 3-5, or just some other manic action gets my attention too. But I think, unless if you think he could be these manics who go crazy from hand 1 type of opponent, just fold. These things can only be seen by timing tells.

I think villian often has a bigger Q here, however i have seen this done with smaller pp, the 4 and Ahi.
As you have no reads yet it makes it tricky.
Could be a hand like A3 or 53 that villian is turning into a bluff as well.
I guess it really comes down to is our TPWK good 40% of the time here.
That being said I normally call and get shown something like Q9
