$33 + 1.50 Marginal spot w/ 77 preflop

This is the 3rd time villain has 3-bet in roughly 10 hands. I've also played this guy before and in that match he 3-bet probably 6 or 7 times. With that said, do you call and take a flop or 4-bet shove? Also, his 3-bet sizes have been anywhere from 3x-5x my raise, it's never been this small.
